RYAN EGYPT (Director, Writer, Producer) is a serial entrepreneur, author and commercial director who makes his filmmaking debut with Chasing Titles Vol. 1. In addition to his role as principal of film production house Opreme Films, Egypt is the chief creative officer of the Rames Group, a consulting firm he founded that helps small businesses boost their growth.
Egypt has also served for 10 years as chief creative officer and director of Access Labs, one of the nation’s largest full-service medical diagnostic laboratories, which he founded with his family. Establishing a unique corporate culture and strong client relations, Egypt devised innovative marketing and sales techniques to help the company go national in 2007 and global the following year. In 2017 Egypt helped orchestrate the sale of Access Labs to Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp).
During this time Egypt also founded Opreme Beverage Corp., the largest independent energy-drink company in South Florida. In addition to directing and producing TV commercials, he oversaw the firm’s ambitious multi-channel marketing campaigns. The company’s success caught the attention of a large manufacturer and distributor, which led to its sale in 2014.
Early in his career, Egypt founded 730 Productions and Studios, which produced, recorded and mixed the music of up-and-coming pop and hip-hop artists. He also created and hosted “Let’s Talk Wellness,” a radio show airing on South Florida’s WFLX 850 that invited expert guests to discuss ways to improve physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Egypt is the author of two motivational self-help books, True and Rich: Journey of How I Found Myself, Success and Inner Peace and the e-book 23 Steps to Greatness and Success.
Now focused entirely on film making, Egypt is currently in at work on the upcoming feature Chasing Titles Vol. 2. He lives in Los Angeles.
